Your body produces cholesterol that is essential for the functioning of the body which is considered to be good cholesterol. Bad cholesterol is the one that forms plaque in the arteries which is a major cause of heart diseases that can sometimes be fatal.

👉Certain medical conditions: A high level of cholesterol may sometimes be the result of certain underlying health diseases. A person with diabetes and obesity often has the risk of cholesterol levels being too high.
