  • 2 slices white Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 2-3 slices American Cheese Or Cheddar
  • Black pepper (optional)

  • After arranging all the required ingredients, you should start by spreading 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Then, place the slices of American cheese or cheddar cheese on one of the bread slices. Top the other buttered bread slice over the cheese( butter side facing downwards)
  • Heat a skillet or a non-stick pan over medium/low heat. Then grease the skillet with butter generously with a brush and then place the sandwich on the skillet.
