How to make:

Boil water in a bowl and cook the pasta in it after it has been cooked, keep it aside. On another pan, melt the butter and add the onions to cook for about 2 minutes. Add the flour and fry until the flour is cooked well. 

The next step is to add the milk and the broth and bring it to a boil. Mix it with the cooked pasta and add cheese, also don’t forget to add the required salt and pepper topping it off with the parmesan.
