  • 1 lb  lean ground beef
  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • Line a lid the size of choice of your burgers with plastic wrap. Keep the beef on the plastic wrap and make a tiny hole for cheese. Place cheese on the beef, cover with extra meat.
